I have been undertaking Personal Injury work for over 20 years and during this time I have helped numerous survivors of physical and sexual abuse claim compensation against local authorities, charities, private institutions and the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority.
Experience in similar types of cases, i.e. Family Mental Health work, Child Care, Education, Cases against Local Authorities
My case load has always included injuries which include psychological injuries suffered a result of accidents, violence or the threat of violence. I have dealt with numerous cases against local authorities through failure to protect individuals from their breaches of statutory duties to claims brought about through their vicarious liability for the actions of their employees or agents.
