I specialise in bringing negligence/human rights claims against Local Authorities for alleged failures of their Children’s Services departments to protect clients from avoidable childhood abuse, or for failures in the management and planning of a child’s care arrangements. I also have experience in progressing vicarious liability claims on behalf of survivors against organisations such as the Church/religious bodies, Schools and NHS Trusts.
