Kim Leslie
I’ve specialised in personal injury law for over 20 years and lead the Complex Personal Injury team in Scotland. I’m accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in personal injury law. I’m also a Fellow of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
I specialise in abuse and criminal injury claims. I’ve a long history of successfully working on personal injury and international claims.
I’m Chair of ‘Restoring the Balance of Justice’ and help to lead a campaign involving national and international experts and campaigners. We work to overcome the barriers to justice in Scotland for people who’ve experienced stalking and harassment.
I’m also a member of the Ogden Working Party and was Chair of the Civil Justice Committee for the Law Society for 10 years. I’m currently an Executive Director of the Association of Child Abuse Lawyers.
