Malcolm Johnson
Malcolm Johnson is an Associate at Lime Solicitors in London. He is one of the authors of Child Abuse Compensation Claims, published by Jordans. Malcolm is a lawyer with over 15 years experience in child abuse compensation claims as well as being a founder member of ACAL. He is a Fellow of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and a member of the Law Society’s Personal Injury Panel. He is the Secretary of APIL’s Child Injury Special Interest Group and he writes the section on children for Jordan’s “Personal Injury, Practice and Precedents”.
Malcolm qualified as a solicitor in 1994 and he specialises in child abuse compensation claims. He joined Lime Solicitors in 2021, having worked for Hudgell Solicitors and Blake Lapthorn for a number of years and having also run his own firm, Malcolm Johnson & Co. for ten years. Malcolm is a member of the Law Society’s Personal Injury Panel, a Fellow of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. He helped set up the Association of Child Abuse Lawyers.
Malcolm is a former chairperson. He ably took over the Chair in February 2005 when Lee Moore retired. He qualified as a solicitor in 1995. He is a member of the Law Society’s Personal Injury Panel and the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. He set up his firm, Malcolm Johnson & Co. on the 1st May 2002 and practiced from Surbiton in Kingston upon Thames.
