Abuse victim seeks change in law

A York man who was sexually abused 30 years ago is taking his bid for changes in the law to the House of Lords. Under the 1980 Limitation Act, victims of child sex abuse can only submit damages claims until they are aged 21, which Kevin Young, 46, says is unfair. He says he was repeatedly abused while in a detention centre in the 1970s.
