If you attended the Association AGM on 15th October 2025 at the London Office of Switalskis either in person or online, then you will have heard a fascinating talk by Craig Carr of 7 Bedford Row Chambers in London which provoked much discussion and debate.
You will no doubt be aware that the Crime and Policing Bill is currently going through the House of Lords, and that, in its present form, it is unsatisfactory. Peter Garsden and David Greenwood are briefing members of the House of Lords to lobby for amendments, which hopefully will be agreed by government.
Craig also discussed three recent case updates.
We thank both Craig for his talk, and Switalskis for use of their London Meeting Room.
